No. We work on a commission basis — we only earn when your property earns. Listing setup, photography and onboarding are included.
What does the 15% fee cover?
The fee covers management, pricing, guest communication and platform coordination. Cleaning and maintenance are arranged on your behalf and billed transparently at cost.
